The journey
A unique 6-day immersive retreat from
24 to 29 August 2026
Daily rhythm:
- 3 to 5 hours of guided activities
- Morning and afternoon sessions
- Time for rest, integration, and connection
Experience highlights:
- 1 night of bush immersion (outdoors, no facilities)
- 2 nights at the San tribe village
- 2 nights at Waterberg (comfortable lodge)
A balance between movement, learning, and reflection.

Food, transportation and accomodation are all included.
- Day 1: Pick-up in Windhoek (08:00) → ±4h drive to Waterberg Plateau
- Day 2: Departure (08:00) → ±7h drive to Tsumkwe (arrival ~15:00)
- Day 3–4: Cultural immersion & bush experience
- Day 5: Return to Waterberg
- Day 6: Return to Windhoek

- Hat with a wide brim for sun protection

- Basic personal first-aid kit (bandages, antiseptic, blister care, pain relievers)

My Life
My name is Hugo, I was born and raised in France. I moved to Namibia in 2024 to fully embrace my passion for nature, where I constantly explore and now lead retreats in the most incredible places ! Since my childhood I have kept on exploring my surroundings, forests, deserts, mountains with great love and curiosity. It has benefited my body, mind and spirit tremendously !
My interests
Well-being has been my focus for all my life. How can I feel better ? How can I be better and improve myself ? Nature has always provided me with the best playground to train my body in a hollistic way. It made my body stronger and healthier. Nature offers great power and relaxation.
My goals
My goals
Sharing my experience and exploring the wild with you is my motivation. I feel blessed for being able to walk this
wonderful Nature with wonderful people.
I am also training with the San People to learn how to be self-sufficient in Nature and ancient skills that are the best for survival.
